The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TripNTreat Enterprises and supersede any prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the use of this Website.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
